We brewed a batch of Berliner Weisse. It was a fairly straightforward affair with the only glitch being an OG miss of for points. 1.031 vs. target of 1.035.
We also took delivery of a 5 gallon whisky barrel. Some of our barleywine will find a home here.

Excellent! I was exposed to Berliner for the first time through the brew club this past Fall. Had the Bell’s Oarsman at my buddy’s bar on Friday. He had it straight, one infused with lemon rind and one infused with orange rind. All were good, but the guy from the brew club had the best one I’ve tasted so far.
