We bought some Cajun Cookers from Amazon.com. These look to be pretty good for the job. Cheap too.

Kegs with Tops Cut

 

These came out pretty well, if we do say so ourselves. One of the kegs is rubber coated, another is a 50 litre Guiness keg and the third is pretty bashed up (Miller).

Keg hole cutting jig

We started with three kegs I bought from a scrapyard a very long time ago. They had damage to the tap connection and were no longer usable as kegs. I built a jig for my angle grinder similar to this.

 

Building our Brewery

We had an idea to build an all grain brewery.   Not huge, but big enough to do 10 gallon batches.  We wanted to go cheap, but have really good beer in the end.  This is what we came up with…
